Terms and conditions of services rpovided by MoneyMate.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Agreement sets out the peculiarities of the provision of online exchange services.

1.2. The Online service means the internet resource for exchanging virtual money - moneymate.best

1.3. Users include individuals and organizations that have agreed to cooperate with the online service.

1.4. When mentioned together, the User and the Online resource are referred to as Parties.

1.5. The Parties agree that this electronic Agreement is of equal force with a written agreement and is intended to regulate their relationships in the process of consuming/providing exchange services.

1.6. The Agreement is considered a public offer, acceptance of which is made by the User by submitting an application to receive services provided by the Online service. The application is submitted through the website - moneymate.best

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The subject of this Agreement is the services provided by the Service, the description of which is provided on the Service's website.

2.2. The Service offers its services to all Users and does not verify the User's authority to dispose of these funds and does not supervise the User's operations in any of the Payment systems.

2.3. Payment systems and/or financial institutions bear exclusive responsibility for the funds entrusted to them by the User. The Service cannot be a party to the agreement between the Payment system and/or financial institution and the User and is in no way responsible for the incorrect or unauthorized use of the Payment system's capabilities by the User, as well as for the User's abuse of the Payment system's functionality. The mutual rights and obligations of the User and the Payment system and/or financial institution are governed by the relevant agreements.

2.4. Any initiated operation on the exchange of funds by the User, as well as any other operation offered by the Service to the User, cannot be canceled by the User.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.1. The Service has the right to suspend or cancel the ongoing operation if authorized authorities receive information about the User's unauthorized possession of funds and/or other information that makes it impossible for the Service to provide services to the User.

3.2. The Service has the right to suspend, refuse to return, or cancel the ongoing operation if the User violates the terms of this Agreement. 3.3. The service is entitled to cancel the operation in progress and return the deposited tokens to the User without providing reasons.

3.4. By exchanging with or without registration, the User confirms that he/she agrees to these Terms and accepts the terms of the Agreement, the User is over 18 years old, the laws of his/her country do not prohibit the use of this Service, and the User does not plan to carry out any illegal activities through the use of the Service.

3.5. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User guarantees that he/she is the lawful owner of the funds and/or cryptocurrency.

3.6. By accepting this User Agreement, the User confirms that he/she understands the principles of the Service's operation and takes full responsibility for all risks and losses associated with the use of the Service.

3.7. The service reserves the right to refuse to process a request from the User without specifying the reason.

3.8. The service has the right to unilaterally change this agreement.

3.9. The service undertakes to keep the User's personal data confidential. However, in cases where authorized authorities make a request for information about Users based on a violation of applicable law, the service may disclose such information.

3.10. Acceptance of this agreement signifies the User’s consent to the processing of their personal data and the transfer of the provided payment details. This information may be shared with the service’s counterparties and partners solely for the purpose of processing payments.

EXCHANGE OPERATIONS

4.1. Questions and claims regarding applications are accepted within 24 hours from the time of registration. After 24 hours, exchange applications are considered to have been properly executed or not paid depending on their status at the time the deadline expires.

4.2. The Service does not fix the exchange rate at the time of creating the order, but performs a recalculation after the transaction has received the necessary number of confirmations. The exchange rate is fixed at the moment when the Service receives funds from the User to its account for the order.

4.3. Orders that require operator participation are processed during business hours (09:00 am to 09:00 pm Moscow time).

4.4. Orders in which 10-100 times less cryptocurrency is sent than indicated in the order (for example, the order indicates 0.1 BTC, but 0.01 BTC is sent) will be paid minus 10% (the recalculation fee will be deducted) of the actual amount received.

4.5. The Service may recalculate your order at the current rate if the transaction does not receive the required number of confirmations within 10 minutes.

4.6 Orders for receiving Tinkoff QR are rounded down to the nearest thousandth.

4.7. If the User decides to cancel the order, a fee of 5% + network fee will be deducted from the amount.

4.8. If the card specified by the User in the order does not correspond to the selected bank, a refund or payment will be made with a fee of 5% deducted from the exchange amount.

4.9. The User undertakes to pay the order within one hour. In the case of Tinkoff QR, the User undertakes to withdraw funds within four hours.

4.10. The Service undertakes to pay the User's order within twenty-four hours.

4.11. The User has the right to receive consultations, both before, during, and after the exchange, through any official means of communication with the Service listed on the contact page of the Service's website. The User also has the right to interact with the Service in any force majeure circumstances through the official means of communication with the Service listed on the contact page of the Service's website.

4.13 The Service has the right to split the transfer of funds under a Request into several transactions, the number of which may range from 1 to 5. The minimum amount of a single transfer may be up to 10 rubles. By creating a Request, the User automatically agrees to confirm each transaction. The Service may request additional documents (photos, video recordings, bank statements, and other confirmations). The transfer of funds is possible only if the User has access to their personal online banking account; transfers of funds to third parties are prohibited.
